marisa, I'm not sure I am understanding you correctly, but if your husband's waiver was denied, you do not send in a new waiver packet, your hubby will have to go to through another medical exam, Visa interview and waiver appointment! You need to try and get a new Visa interview for him!

YES IM HOPING TO HAVE MI HUSDAN WAIVER THIS YEAR,THIS IS MARISA,WELL WE HAVE ALMOST FOUR YEARS AND NOTHING NO ANSWER ABOUT HIS WAIVER HE HAS BEEN IN MEXICO ALL THIS TIME HOPING THAT ONE  DAY THEY WILL GHIVE AN ANSWER AND TOOOO TELL US THAT MY HUSBAND WAIVER IS APPROVE THAS ALL WHAT IM WHISHING FOR THIS CHRISTMAS ONE DAY IT WILL BE REALL.
