7-13-09 visa appt in cdj, eligible to file waiver
9-18-09 waiver appointment, backlogged!!!

Gracias por recibirme : aprovechando el momento me gustaria preguntarles si
saben que pasa en esta situacion : tengo un hijo de 8 anos que entro sin inspeccion
hace tres anos,va a la escuela , se que la presencia no cuenta ,pero la entrada
le afecta? GRACIAS !

La presencia que tiene su hija no le affectaria hasta que cumpliera lo 18 y 6 meses.....

marquiz2- bienvenido/a --- La presencia ilegal de su hijo de 8 años, en los E.U. no le afectara sino hasta que cumpla los 18 y siempre y cuando no clame ser ciudadano...creo que ahi si es cuando cambian las leyes, aunque sea un niño, si se mintio para entrar al pais diciendo que es ciudadano o algo asi, si se puede meter en problemas. Pero solo por presencia y aunque vaya a la escuela, no le afecta. Asi que si hay manera de que le arreglen sus papeles, ahorita es el momento indicado para hacerlo! -- Mi hermanita de 12 años apenas recibio su visa. Ella entro al pais sin inspeccion cuando tenia 15 meses y una vez que mi mama se caso con un ciudadano Americano, le dieron la visa facil, sin necesitar waiver.

8/6/09- sister's visa apt. had to come back next day due to some passport issues
8/10/09-received DHL-SISTER APPROVED!!
4/2/10-received letter signed by Warren Janssen...
MY MAMI IS APPROVED!
I thank God every day for my wonderful family! Praying for all families to be reunited soon!!!

Marisol, muchas gracias por tu comentario .estoy por naturalizarme e inmediatamente
pido a mi hijo pero tenia esa duda ,que bueno que no hay problema ,me da gusto que
tu hermanita ya tenga su visa y gracias a todos nuevamente. saludos
